Hello everyone.

As of October I finished building my first gaming PC.

With my Sapphire Radeon HD 7950 (Turbo), I expected to get a higher FPS then I currently am (Every game on Ultra). Some games, such as League of Legends, I get 100-120 FPS constantly. While on games such as Battlefield 4, Rift, and Saints Row 4, I am lucky to be getting 25. And then there are games in the middle, such as MineCraft, where I stand a good 50-60 FPS.

I am not sure what the problem could be, as I have all of the current drivers downloaded. If you need to know the complete specs of my computer please let me know, and I will post them.

I am new to gaming PC's, as I just switched over from console, and am not quite a PC master yet.

^ This too. The 7950 is a mid range card. You'd have to spend $500+ to run games on Ultra. But those framerates still seem a little low, I get better on my GTX 660, which has less performance.
