So I'vr always been getting this error

on startup without it affecting amything really but I decided to finally fix it. I fixed the first error by buying a vga adapter but there's still the Cpu fan failure error (my fan never worked and is just collecting dust) someone here told me I should get a new one so I removed it to see if I could see the model or something on it but I found nothing. So I plugged it back and got ready to do some more researches on which fan to buy but now my pc is super slow and closes itself randomly. If anyone could help me figure out what fan I'd need to buy and if the slow pc's an issue that'd be awesome!
