best brand of memory for old dell dimension 8300 2 gb minimum

Looking to upgrade my husbands Dell Dimension 8300. It experienced a memory failure a few weeks ago, ran memtest, and found that one 1gb stick was bad. I bought 2 1gb sticks of Super * Talent several years ago, and ran it with the original 512 k that came with the box. Old was pc2700 and new was/is pc3200. Researching, and looks like there are lots of good prices on Corsair....and Crucial...which is best?????????
