Computer shuts off randomly.

My computer keeps shutting off for no apparent reason, my CPU is running cool so is my GPU. I Have no clue on what is happening.
Specs: GPU:AMD Radeon HD 7770's Series
CPU:AMD Athlon II x3 455 Processor
Ram: Crosair x1 4 Gigs (1600 MHz)
Hard Drive: Western Digital 1TB
Please help

Forgot to mention 430 watt power supply.

I would have it tested before replacing it with a new unit.
Since if it is faulty you still have warranty coverage for a rma.
And I assume you only have one 7770 plugged in right?
