SO problem solved.. today my windows crashed so i reinstalled.. as i was installing my soundcard drivers from the mobo cd i realized i installted the ati driver that came with the mother board.. there for im guessing amd catalist center was fighting with the other driver.. now im getting 100-150fps on medium settings 1440x900 resolution in csgo.. very happy now..!
