Should i put my graphics card on silent mode?

I have the MSI Gaming App and it says OC, GAMING, OR SILENT MODE. I am just going to leave my computer on overnight to download and was wondering whether or not i should put it on silent or gaming as gaming is default.

And i heard MSI GAMING APP isnt the best so can you recommend a different program?

Assuming it doesn't do anything weird silent should just underclock it to reduce power use so if your not using it sounds like a good choice
