Advice for an HTPC Gaming Build for $800 ?

If it decreases size, there is no need for a dvd drive. I have Windows 8 on a flash drive.

Network connection will be WiFi.

Black and sleek/simple case, fitting on a shelf that is 8 inches high.

The only output will be hdmi to a 60" LCD TV.

What's a fast and small htpc gaming rig for $800 that fits these requirements?

I was looking at the MSI GeForce GTX 760 GAMING ITX 2GB and MSI Z87-G43 GAMING LGA 1150
