I have completely reformatted the computer and reinstalled windows 7 sp 1, reinstalled.

Ok so I bought the card for elder scrolls online. I tested the card too see what kind of fps I would get on older games, I used swtor and rift as my pigs so too speak. Both game stable fps rate was 45 on max settings and this card should be able too due better consisting my 6950 could play swtor at 120 fps or better.

Can anyone help?!?

Sorry, I don't remember the exact one for the CPU all I remember for now is that it's a i5 3.30 ghz. And I did the reformat because I need to get rid of a bunch of crap! Lol

And no vsync is not on.

There should be an update from Nvidia tomorrow or very soon which you can get on their website. Apparently a lot of people are having an issue with the newest update that they put out. Hopefully this will help your problem.

Sorry I thought I saw Nvidia for some reason. Well you state that you're using a beta driver. Try to get the old driver the one right before the beta one.
