So here is my problem:

Whenever I play high intensive games BF4, Crysis 3, Tomb Raider on maxed out settings for 2 hours plus, my computer starts acting weird. So one time I was playing BF4 for a good 3-4 hours non stop and then i took a 30 min break before i came back on, when I started playing, I noticed that my frame rates were dropping significantly (lower than usual). Then I decided to go into my BIOS and reset every thing to default and then change it back to my custom settings and I also unplugged my PC. The problems stopped and the frames were "normal" again. So now today I was playing Tomb Raider maxed out for about 2 hours and now my PC's fans and CPU revv up when doing nothing (YouTube or just internet) they would start revving up and back down over and over.So I don't know what's the problem.

Also I am 95% sure that my overall PC performance is not living up to its full potential. I have taken my computer to Geek Squad and then actually did help but to a very minimal extent. So please, I need help. Anything will be helpful and be used

Thank you so much for your time.
