It also depends on what monitor you're using, what games you're going to be playing, what settings are you expecting.

With 1080p resolution get GTX 770 for the best. If you are not expecting very high quality gaming experience(medium or high) then get GTX 760. R9 series are factory overclocked and have been causing some problems. So depends on you for what kind of graphics you looking for? Either with GTX 760 or GTX 770.

Still would like for you to answer my questions, but here is my modified version

It looked like you wanted to overclock without a CPU cooler, which is not recommended, so I just save some here and there while retaining quality in order to get a cooler. You could go with NH-U9B if you want a quieter cooler, but not as powerful as 120v

If you plan to play heavily modded games like skyrim or arma big MMORPG'S then better to get the GTX 770 with 4GB of VRAM that the mods will require in some cases they might not and just draw a lot of power from the CPU also go for the superclocked version or the one from GIGABYTE instead. Do not go for the R9 280X it's just a rebranded 7970 ghz ed and will do yo good in a few games like BF4 in most games the GTX 770 takes the lead.

I suggest going with the build that I've posted above with R9 280X or GTX 770, the difference between really depends on the game and sometime 280X wins, sometimes 770 does. However, both cards have different technology to suit your needs, AMD has better multi-monitor support, Nvidia has ShadowPlay, and many more from both sides.

I advise you to read through both of these threads

2 GB, unless you're planning on SLI and triple monitors even then 2 GB will still do most of the job.
