Should i buy a new Sapphire R9 280x Toxic or wait for those new 20nm cards?

Hey guys, I am currently facing a very harsh decision to choose b/w these 2 new graphic cards. I mean, I can't decide that whether to buy this new R9 280x Toxic card or should i wait for the new upcoming 20nm graphics cards which will support DX 12??
See buddies, I don't know much about these graphic cards.. so I have one doubt here that, can this new R9 280x toxic support a new Directx 12 by just a software update?? :p

Well, I know, that this is a very noob question but tell me guys, should I buy this card (R9 280x) now or should I wait for a new upcoming graphic cards,
*Condition is that I wanna game at my pc for consecutive 3 or 4 years...

well, the cost of that toxic card here is 457.069 US Dollar and i can afford that card.
but tell me buddy, if you were at my position, would you just put a hold on a purchase of your new graphic card or would you buy it???
currently, i am thinking to wait, until those new graphic cards arrives...
btw, what do you think, when will these new cards are coming out?
MS has clearly revealed that amd, nvidia and now making a new hardware which means, they are making a new cards which will support DX 12..
