I keep getting this screen popping up asking me to Clear my Browsing Data. I have done it four times now but the screen still

No error message just a small box screen that says clear your browsing data. If you click cancel it takes you to Chrome settings page. It pops up continuously regardless of what site I am on and whether there are 2 or multiple screens open.
