Outlook password requested when win 8.1 starts

Hello,
When starting my PC with Win 8.1, everytime I have the Outlook password popup asking for its password, I enter it then nothing happens. Outlook will ask again the passwords when I want to open it. How to disable Outlook password request when starting Win 8.1 ? My Outlook is 2013 from Office 365.

Google 'turn of sign in Windows 8'. There's also a video on YouTube which walks you throughit. windows will automatically log you in once you've done that.

Would have been nice to boot straight to the desktop tbh

right click start

select run

type:'netplwiz' and hit ok

untick the box at the top saying 'users must enter a username and password to use this computer'

Hit ok and then you'll need to enter your password one last time :)
