Hello there. I am planning to build my first gaming PC. For my case I have chosen the NZXT Phantom 530. I have listed below some options for the top, side, front and HDD areas regarding fans and rad placement. The rear pre-installed 140mm fan I will leave as is.
What I need is for someone to verify which of these options is the best for my case regarding airflow, cooling the rads etc. I'm not sure whether any of these will work regarding fan size, space in the top cavity or above the CPU/Mobo.
Please remember that pull config pulls air through the rad and push config push's air through the rad. Now for some terms: x60 refers to the NZXT Kraken x60 AIO radiator I am going to install in the top for my CPU, x40 refers to the NZXT Kraken x40 AIO radiator I am going to install either in the side mount, upper front slot or lower front slot for the GPU (+ Kraken G10 Bracket). (aR) means above rad, (bR) means below rad.
When picking options you can only pick one top option, a side OR front option and either HDD option. The number in brackets after each option is the number of fans in that option area.

Top Option #1
2x 200mm fans in Pull (above rad) Config with x60 inside chassis. [2]

Top Option #2
2x 200mm fans in Pull(aR)/2x 140mm fans in Push(bR) with x60 inside chassis. [4]

Top Option #3
2x 140mm fans in Push(bR) with x60 outside chassis. [2]

Top Option #4
4x 140mm fans in Pull(2aR)/Push(2bR) with x60 inside chassis. [4]

Top Option #5
4x 140mm fans in Pull(2aR)/Push(2bR) with x60 outside chassis. [4]

Side Option #1
1x 140mm fan in Pull Config with x40. Lower HDD cages (equiv. 3 bays) are removed. Front 200mm fan remains. 2x 120mm fans in bottom of case are installed. [4]

Side Option #2
1x 140mm fan in Push Config with x40. Lower HDD cages (equiv. 3 bays) are removed. Front 200mm fan remains. 2x 120mm fans in bottom of case are installed. [4]

Front Option #1
1x 200mm fan in Push Config with x40 in lower slot. Lower HDD (equiv. 3 bays) are removed. Front 200mm fan becomes Push Config. 2x 120mm in bottom of case are installed. 1x 140mm fan in side mount is installed. [4]

Front Option #2
1x 200mm fan in Push Config/1x 140mm fan in Pull Config with x40 in lower slot. Lower HDD (equiv. 3 bays) are removed. Front 200mm fan becomes Push Config. 1x 120mm in bottom of case (rear 120 slot nearer PSU) is installed. [3]

Front Option #3
1x 140mm fan in Push Config with x40 in lower slot. Lower HDD (equiv. 3 bays) are removed. Front 200mm fan is removed. 2x 120mm in bottom of case are installed. 1x 140mm fan in side mount is installed. 1x 140mm fan is installed in top slot in front of remaining HDD cage/s. [5]

Front Option #4
2x 140mm fans in Push/Pull Config with x40 in lower slot. Lower HDD (equiv. 3 bays) are removed. Front 200mm fan is removed. 1x 120mm in bottom of case (rear 120 slot nearer PSU) is installed. 1x 140mm fan is installed in top slot in front of remaining HDD cage/s. [4]

Front Option #5
2x 140mm fans in Push/Pull Config with x40 in upper slot. Upper HDD (equiv. 3 bays) are removed. Front 200mm fan is removed. 2x 120mm in bottom of case are installed. 1x 140mm fan in side mount is installed. 1x 140mm fan is installed in lower slot in front of remaining HDD cage/s. [5]

- - - - -

HDD Option #1
Triple bay cage is installed in upper/lower cage area. 1x 140mm fan is installed in angled fan mount. Single HDD is installed in upper/lower most bay respectively. [1]

HDD Option #2
Single bay cage is installed in upper/lower cage area. Single HDD is installed in bay.

The reason I added these HDD options is that I only have one HDD and only need one bay. My SSD will go in the +1 behind the Mobo tray. The #1 adds a fan but I'm not sure whether the HDD will restrict airflow. The #2 meanwhile is only a single and provide the least resistance.

On the side of the Phantom there is a meshed 140mm fan mount (for intake) that I'm assuming can mount a rad as well as a fan without the lower 3 HDD cages or equivalent. I will probably remove the support plate as well. I was actually hoping to do this as it will allow for the 200mm in the front and both 120mm fans in the bottom. Thing is I don't actually know if any of these will work. If I get everything and one doesn't work and another does I will just return/sell the fans I don't need. It would just be ideal to know what works beforehand.

Yes I understand but which? What works, what doesn't? What gives the best airflow? Can a 2x140mm rad be mounted inside the chassis top with 2x200mm fans just above it or will they clip? I don't have the case with me, I have to rely on internet images.

VGA space is listed as 310mm with cage, the card is 214mm in length. If you look at a picture of the case with the side panel on you will see that from the PCI slots to the cage it is 310mm, the card is 214mm and you can see the 140mm fan there. By my calculations I should have at least 3.5cms clearance.
