Razer Naga build quality & warranty

Hey guys,

I have a question and a concern, my mouse fell off a height of 1 and a half feet (the height of my bed) now the mouse is broken, it is rattling inside so I take it the optical hardware is loose, this is not that major since it can probably be glued by myself.

I figuired though (given how bad the build quality is) and the fact that it is still under warranty so maybe they will replace it for me, they didn't. They sent it back to the shop I sent it in to, guess what happened next? The idiot at the store decided to open up the bubble wrap instead of just giving me the mouse back in the packaging they sent telling me they couldn't do anything about it.

He severed the cord.

What exactly can I do about this? Can I hold the store responsible? I have no idea all I know is now my mouse won't work. I'm 100% sure of it, hell I am regretting even trying to reason with Razer given at what happened.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Moral of the story don't buy Razer, the build quality is pathetic compared to the competition. That statement made me cringe since I use to be a huge Razer fan, I do not have loyalty to brands anymore so I can tell it how it is.

Anyone with advice for this disaster will be regarded as a hero :p
