Urgent please - Lenovo Ideapad u530 vs Toshiba Satellite P50-ABT3G22

Solution
Toshiba is not a bad brand or at least not that I know of. I was actually considering looking at a couple of Toshiba laptops recently. But my uncle decided to give me a recent Dell laptop he bought and managed to screw up. I fixed it for him and I didn't even mention I was looking to buy a new laptop. I have decided to postpone buying a new laptop because of that.
The Toshiba is the more powerful laptop. The Lenovo comes with a dual core i7-4500U CPU, the "U" means ULV (Ultra Low Voltage) which helps prolong battery life. It also only comes with a nVidia GT 730m GPU.

On the other hand, the Toshiba's Core i7 option is for the quad core i7-4700MQ CPU. It will consume more power than the i7-4500U, but then again it runs at higher clockspeeds and it has 2 more cores. The only quad core Intel mobile CPUs are in the Core i7 family and only the ones with "MQ", HQ", and "MX" designations. It also has the more powerful nVidia GT 740m.

Thanks for your help but I'm just a little worried about the Toshiba brand itself cuz reviews wise, I think Lenovo has a better rating, but I am not sure cuz I never owned either before, I only had HP laptops but their quality has really deteriorated lately.
Any thoughts regarding the brand itself.
