yes it does. you can put in pretty much any PCI-e GPU. But you should consider your power supply (may need to be upgraded) and also what processor you have, as this can impact the overall performance if you put a discrete GPU in the system.

If you just have a dual core CPU, then I wouldn't recommend anything more than a gtx650ti, but if you had a quadcore then you could go up a notch from there.

It's an older LGA775 socket so it's not really worth an upgrade unless you have a decent quadcore, otherwise you will be limited by your system when it comes to gaming.
