Please don't give me other suggestions just tell me out of the two which one I should get.
Thanks

Solution
The 2 are good and almost identical. but I think you should get the H87N-WIFI H87 s1150. It is WIFI ready and looks good for overclocking considering it has its heatsink.

The Asus

It has four more usb connections

Two more sata 6GB/s connections (six)

[strike]More display connection options (not more connections, it has display port)[/strike]

Flashback button

Plethora of very useful setting in Bios

The Gigabyte is a fine board too, with 5 audio connectors, better audio codec and dual bios could be useful.

i guess it personal preference,

I have used the Gigabyte in a build for my parents and it's a very good Mobo. It does also have a pci ,if I does remember correct, which means it will be able to have GPU, for your gaming stuff....

Admirable
considering the gigabyte comes with wifi and bluetooth i would think this is the better deal. they are both reputable brands both have h87 chipsets so the only board differences are going to come down to the connectivity and storage ports. since the giga has the wifi and bluetooth i would go with that
