Budget range 800$ 900 if really needed

I have mouse + keyboard + monitor + optical drive and Windows 8

Over clock maybe in future if a cheap and good cooler np
No SLI needed

You won't need to overclock if you go this way. And if you wanted to max out your $900, you could add a 120GB SSD and make the system feel much faster:
