hi guys, I was hoping i could get some help with picking the right gaming pc case. Im doing a gaming build for my friend and he's wanting the case to be under 100 bucks. We could add on the extra 20 bucks but im trying to keep it down.

We live in the south west of Australia so theres only really 1 computer shop I go to. Heres the link to the cases: http://www.austin.net.au/shop-categories/cases.html

if it helps heres the pc parts im gonna put in it

CPU:i5 intel core (Intel Socket 1150)
GPU:gigabyte 760 gtx (adding another later)
Storage:WD black 1TB 3.5" hard drive
Samsung SSD EVO 120GB
PSU:RM-450w corsair (i think i should get a more powerful one but for now I have that)
MOBO:Asus H87 PRO 1150 ATX
RAM:corsair vengeance (2x4G) DDR3 1600Mz

thanks

Of the choices I've seen there, I would personally go with the cooler master haf 912. But, choosing a case ultimately needs to be the decision of the person buying the computer. As long as it has usb 3.0 and enough cooling, it basically boils down to what the end user likes, in the way of aesthetics, sound dampening, and overall style of the case.

Thanks for your response, yeah he doesn't really care. As long as its works well and looks good. I personally was looking at this case:http://www.austin.net.au/shop-categories/cases/thermaltake-white-chase-a31-mid-tower-chasis.html
but i looked online and alot of other people don't really like it for some reason? What do you think?

Don't know much about thermaltakes' quality, but it seems like a pretty solid chassis to me. Lots of room(judging from pictures), usb 3, toolless drive bays. Only coming with 2 fans from factory, you might look into adding a second fan for the front, I'm assuming it gets pretty warm in Australia.

we live on the coast so it's not so bad, it is summer right now so we get up to 34 to 36 degrees in the middle of the day but its not so bad. Im just wondering if it's a good case or not cause it seems fine and has a lot of room it's just that they don't get very good reviews.

Yeah, I guess but i'm just gonna go with your first answer and get the cooler master haf 912. One last question, The big fan on the side is that a 200mm. If it is, would you think this would be an all right fan:http://www.austin.net.au/shop-categories/cooling/cooling-case-fan-html/coolermaster-megaflow-200mm-red-led-transpare.html

oops, I thought the side panel held a 200 mount. Thanks for that. What fan mounts do you use in the case or do you just use the 1 that comes with it.
