CPU. Amd FX 8320. Gaming and browsing internet.
mother board im looking @ 2 of them can't decide.
MSI 990FXA-GD80 cost 60 dollars more I do like the OC button
Gigabyte 990 FXAUD3
Would like the ability to OC if needed.
would like to but in the next few days.

Solution
The MSI GD-80 is the highest end AMD board that MSI produces. It should OC very well. I do recommend grabbing the latest bios for it if you get it since the board was released almost 3 years ago now.

The 990 FXA UD5 is the board from Gigabyte you should be looking at(also their highest end AMD board), not the UD3(unless price is the issue). It came out more recently and also gets pretty solid reviews.

Honestly out of the box the Gigabyte board is most likely better, but the MSI board with the newest bios installed may overclock a tad better.

In the end you really can't go wrong with either. I guess it comes down to the price, features, and warranty.
