Yes. Basically UPS has nothing to do with PSU about handling. Any XXX VA UPS can handle any XXX Watt PSU. UPS will only come to play in power failure situation, and then the question will arise if the UPS has the capacity to power all your components in power failure situation.
A basic system generally never uses more than 300W of power, so if your UPS has atleast 300W capacity, then there's nothing to worry about.
