Right so I recently got a new pc and had to buy a new monitor because my old one was knackered and now im getting a problem when i maximise a page of any kind.

My monitor: http://www.pcworld.co.uk/gbuk/desktop-pc-monitors/monitor-projectors/pc-monitors/philips-234e5qhaw-full-hd-23-led-monitor-with-mhl-21853517-pdt.html

if you dont want to click that it is PHILIPS 234E5QHAW Full HD 23" LED Monitor with MHL.

The problem look's like this

As you can see the top of the window shown half of it is missing and I have no idea why.. I have played about with my screen resolution's but it has either made it worse or it had made it so everything is too small for the screen. I am really sumped on this and would like it if anyone could give some feedback on what is going on.

My pc came already updated with the latest stuff and I only set it up on Saturday. I went into device manager and tried to update the drivers but it said that I had the latest stuff or it.

No, not from the device manager...Go to your GPU's website and download the latest drivers from there, Uninstall you current drivers first though using DriverSweeper.

+Try resetting your firefox.

Have you downloaded the latest drivers from the website? It defiantly sounds like drivers. ''whether it came pre-installed don't mean that their is not an update, remove your GPU drivers and install the latest ones.
