I currently have a AMD FX-8320 and this stock fan is killing me, With how loud the damn thing is. So I want to replace the stock cooler, To something more quite it. And something that the wife will never notice running at full speed as I play BF4 and she is watching tv. Right now I have turbo turned off since it makes it even louder. I currently do not plan on over clocking it. But I would like enough over head so I can one day. Here are my current specs. Thank you everyone, Who helps or who just passes by. Also is 8GB enough for gaming right now? And yes I know I need a new GPU.

CPU: AMD FX-8320 3.5GHz 8-Core Processor
Motherboard: Asus SABERTOOTH 990FX R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard
Memory: Kingston HyperX 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: MSI GeForce GTX 650 Ti 1GB Video Card
Case: NZXT Guardian 921 RB ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: EVGA 600B 600W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply

Best budget one would be the CoolerMaster Hyper 212 EVO. If you're not overclocking, it'll run damn quiet. If you want to spend a little more, the Noctua U12S would be better and quieter, and spend a little more and get the Noctua D14 which is about as silent and cool as air coolers get lol
