Best RAM For My Build

Hi! this is my first post.
specs of my pc:
CPU - AMD 1090T
GPU - MSI GTX660TI
PSU - Fatality 750w
SSD - ssd crucial m4 128gb
Motherboard - Gigabyte GA-890XA-UD3

I have space for 2 memories in slot 3 and 4, because the heatsink of the cpu is too big.
¿can i install memories in 1866 2x8GB?
¿what is the best for this build?
¿Can i install the G.SKILL Sniper 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3 1866MHZ?

Just as Ahmadjon said, the motherboard will support faster RAM in slots DDR_3 and DDR_4.

I'd like to highlight, you won't be able to tell the difference between 1600MHz and 1866MHz RAM. And for most gaming rigs, no more than 8GB is really needed as your computer most likely won't use the entire 8GB.
