I'd say go with the 770 and later on add another 770 and go sli. 2x 770 outperform a 780ti + only an OC'ed ti can come close to a 770 SLI. Also, the gtx 760 and 770 give you the best performance for your buck.

cant do sli as my mobo is an mini atx and only has 1 spot for a gpu

Then go for 780 in your links i see that 780 is cheaper than 770! :)

The 780 is more expensive than 1 770, 2 770 = more expensive =).
The 780 is better than 1 770, but 2 770 will outperform the 780ti. I know it is more expensive, but that is why I suggested start with 1 and upgrade later.
Too bad that you don't have space for 2 GPU's ;l, in that case the 780 will work fine ^^

Lol I see ><, no reason to go for the 770 in that case... the gigabyte and asus one are quite cheap/ good though...
