Is it worth upgrading my cpu cooler?

I currently have an evo 212 and an i5-3570k @ 4.2. My real world temps never go above 60°C, and prime95 maxes out at 73°C. I was thinking of getting a new cpu cooler since i got my tuition rebate. I was thinking of getting the Corsair H100i or the Corsair H110. I will also replace the stock fans with Corsair SP 120 quiet ones on the h100i and keep the stock fans with the h110. I have the 500r with stock fans that i keep on low to keep the noise down. And would i need additional fans to keep the motherboard cool?

Solution
Spend your money elsewhere.
The whole purpose of cooling, and liquid cooling in particular is to eke out the last bit of performance.

I do not much like all in one liquid coolers when a good air cooler can do the job.
A liquid cooler will be expensive, noisy, less reliable, and will not cool any better
in a well ventilated case.
Liquid cooling is really air cooling, it just puts the heat exchange in a different place.
The orientation of the radiator will cause a problem.
If you orient it to take in cool air from the outside, you will cool the cpu better, but the hot air then circulates inside the case heating up the graphics card and motherboard.
If you orient it to exhaust(which I think is better) , then your cpu cooling will be...

And... I have read too many tales of woe when a liquid cooler leaks.
google "H100 leak"

You are doing very well as it is. How much more do you need?

Adding fans will only increase noise; I would not do that either.

If you have mad money, spend it on a SSD.

Phanteks with 120 and 140mm fans are good.
I have used prolimatech megahalems which is good too. You select your fans for the megahalems.

It is hard to determine from reviews which coolers are the best because they use different fans.
There is a trade off between cooling ability and the noise generated by fans.

In the end, at an equal noise level, all of the coolers come out closer together than you might think.
The ones with massive heat fins like the NH-D14 will do a bit better
