Computer turns on but monitor shows nothing.

I'm having a problem with my PC, I shut it down when I didn't need to use it but now it won't show anything on the monitor. The fans spin up on the CPU cooler and on the PSU (I don't have any other fans). The keyboard and mouse that are attached to the PC don't light up or anything.
There are no beeps when I turn it on. I'm going to reseat the RAM module and try the monitor on my laptop and I'll post the results here. I do not have a spare PSU or a spare Graphics card, will that be a problem in finding the problem?

I used the button on the front and I just reseated the Graphics card, RAM and the 4 pin CPU connector and still no difference. When I wan to turn it off I can use the button on the front and it shuts down in like 5 seconds. I tried a USB mouse this time instead of the PS/2 mouse and the laser shows red light but still nothing on the screen.
