Any way to make my build better and/or cheaper?

Pretty self explanatory. I have scraped up £700, I was predicting to have achieved this by Autumn but I am £40 over my budget :/ 

I will be recording (rendering) and playing at ultra 1080p. Please suggest stuff, I'll build this in only a few weeks :D

Well, these are niggles, but you are indeed talking about small amounts, so...
1. There are other 120mm tower coolers (e.g. Xigmatek, Enermax, NZXT) that cool as well as the Hyper EVO but cost less since you aren't paying for the name.
2. See if you one of the 550W XFX PSUs costs less; they're built by Seasonic and that's enough power for your build.

Remove the CPU cooler and you'll save money.

Remove the CPU cooler and you'll save money.


You can't overclock to 4.5 Ghz on stock :(
