I just installed a new graphics card-AX5450 1GBK3-SH Radeon HD 5450 (Cedar) 1GB 64-Bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.1 x16. I put it into my PCIe 1.0 x16 slot. And set up 2 monitors using a VGA and DIV cable for the 2 monitors. My CPU usage has never been so high, It is slowing down my computer. Can someone help me to make it faster and not have such high CPU usage?
