So ive defraged etc, and my pc is just running really bad, not on the desktop or anything around that just particular games. I have a dell 7720 and i have no idea why its lost performance? Anyone have any programs that might help me or in depth solutions?

None that I know off that are free and/or don't put extra programs in. Best bet maybe back up all personal items and reinstall OS.

Yeah your laptop should be pretty good for gaming, only problem is the slow hard drive it comes with.
A newer faster HDD/SSD might make a difference, but maybe not, as it's possible thats not the issue here.

SSD rock rxprnsive but well worth it just put one in my desktop. Even though it's not sata 3 still makes a huge difference. I just keep my OS on it and the game play all the time. Everything else is saved to my 1tb hdd.
Yeah ive being using msi afterburn as stupid as that is due to the fact this things is litterally useless now, i think its to do with intergrated graphics card, im getting really bad fps still, i keep getting the whole "Plugged in but not charging" thing might that be effecting the performance, ive messed around with the maximum performance stuff as well by the way
