sceen black out after installed of new case and power supply

I just installed a new power supply and case when i press the start power only pc is running normal i checked all the cabels and they are at the right places, all plugged. I checked with the cabel connection between the monitor and pc and plugged it again for sure but still no signal on the screen, just black

Are you sure the power cables going into graphics card are correct and/or both motherboard power cables. Did you adjust the CPU fan and remove it from the CPU itself breaking the thermal paste vacum seal when changing parts out? And were you grounded or have a static wristband guard? Make sure theirs no shorts and just check everything again. Do you have graphics card or in motherboard?

I did remove the cpu fan for cleaning and accidented break the thermal paste
The cabels is correct connection.
Was it the thermal paste breaking the cause ? If it is then must i buy a new processor ?

No not at all you just may have to clean thermal paste with rubbing alcohol real well get all old off then reapply new paste. Now this isn't a 100% this is what it is but could me a major and process of elimination is a must with pcs sadly. Good chance though also check your ram.
