Which is better?

Im getting an AMD FX-8350 cpu and the cooler i was gonna settle for was the Coolermaster Hyper T4. But i just saw this other cooler called the Noctua NH-C12P SE14
Which one would be better for that processor?

I'd expect the Noctua to be better.

It performs better than the Coolermaster Hyper 212 http://www.kitguru.net/components/cooling/zardon/noctua-nh-c12p-se14-cooler-review/3/

And the 212 performs better than the T4 http://dvtests.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/12/New-Microsoft-Office-PowerPoint-Presentation-500x375.jpg

So the Noctua would likely be the better choice, judging from benchmarks.

Not to mention a lot quieter, with better warranty and support. Noctua all the way!

Probably about the same cooling performance-wise, but the C12P is normally for low-profile cases and RAM. If you have a normal case, I would go with the U12S, but it probably wouldn't matter either way unless you have tall RAM.
