I'm a stumped learning college techy that desperately needs help.
System:
GPU: nvidia 660 --> amd sapphire 280x toxic -->nvida 660 :(
Motherboard: gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD7
Processor: amd Fx 6 core
PSU: 700W power cooler
Case: power cooler
Ram: G.Skill 2 8Gb sticks in 2 and 4 positions
2 hhds: 60 gb ssd for boot to ubuntu then windows 8 and and 500 gb normal secondary drives

OK so this mess started with a new amd 280x toxic graphics card. I successfully switched with a old nvida 660 card with no problems. The new card worked but had mega artifacting so i decided to take it out and preparing to rma it.
Once i took the card out (without deleting drivers "fuck me") I put in my old card hoping it would work magically. Once I tried to boot the system fans even on the gpu and lights turn on but no beeping AT ALL. My display does not work, and cant access the bios even when trying the amd 280x card. The motherboard has the errors in order C1 25 F2. I know C1 is ram error but nothing was ever wrong with 1.5 years usage and nothing changes by just having one stick in or the other. Tried removing power supply resetting cmos, and placing gpu in different slots with no luck.also have tried both gpus at same time and minimal boots all of which make no difference. I'm stumped, scared and hoping for a kind generous soul to help me out! P.S. Warning dogecoins may be spammed to helpers :D
NOTE: I don't have the driver card for my old graphics card or my windows 8 disk anymore as i moved cross country and accidentally left them.

Thanks for the quick response!
I have not but seriously doubt a power supply issue as it has run seemlessly for 2 years. And i could max the card out for 30ish minutes. Artifacting is a very common problem for these cards at high sustained usage. I dont have another psu either to test this. My nvida 660 is a 6 pin while the new 280x is 2 8 pins. This only happened once i removed the new card after a week of usage as well, so Im thinking it may be a static shock to the motherboard or something!?
and i did note its a power cooler which has treated me superbly.
Again thank for the response!
EDIT: I further tested and researched and has concluded so far that the mobo is fried from careless static electricity. This is due to the mobo not responding to the lacking of a gpu, ram and hdds. it has not beeped under any of the circumstances ive tested and have continued to have the error message C1 under all of the 2 stick and 1 stick ram combinations. Sadly this might be the unlikely death scenario of carelessness. Im going to order another board unless somone else has any ideas but I think this mobos done :(
