I already have an AMD A10 based PC that i use for work and Blu ray films etc. I'm starting to look at some games and thinking maybe i would like to start doing some gaming on the pc. (i hadn't intended to when i built the pc hence the integrated graphics). What discrete GPU would be best performance upgrade whilst being budget orientated? I'm told that i can crossfire? bear with me i'm new to the world of AMD and custom pc's

I believe an R7 250 is the max it can crossfire with. At least, that is the max the A10 7850k can crossfire with.

I believe the max is a 6670. Dual graphics really isn't worth it, just get something like a 7790 at the minimum, but a 7870 would be ideal. It all depends on your budget, but don't push for dual graphics.

max budget of £80 but ideally less if possible - resolution is 1920 x 1080

Well, your max would probably be a 250x, I'd get one of those.

The 750 is a bit better, definitely get it if it's in your budget.
