So, after getting frustrated with games constantly stuttering, I decided to go back to BIOS defaults, only to be greeted by a safe mode looking display, it won't go back. So I decided to just format and reinstall Windows 7, my DVD is now a CD drive and it refuses to reinstall.
My PC is now useless for anything more than minesweeper, please help!
