Buying between 3 computers

My friend is going to buy a prebuilt computer (he cant build his own) and what he will use the computer for is: He will play WoW and League of Legends, uses a webcam to stream, uses 2 monitors. He mostly wants to be able to steam in full quality.

Here are the 3 computers.

He will get about 1000 euros and he will buy a new monitor, webcam etc with the money so preferably not option 1 unless it's really much more preferably better
 
The i5 systems are perfectly fine, all of those systems are overkill if used only for the games listed. To max out WOW and LOL you can spend about $800 on a system. Mainly the 760 is a level or 1.5 levels over what is needed for those games (A $100 new video card can run WOW on max settings) but also the CPU can be lowered to an i3 or a AMD 6300.

For the systems you are looking at you will spend more but will have option to run more demanding games in the future, so up to you about the money. Spending $1,200 and getting no warranty is crazy though. I'd find another place to buy from. The first system with the i7 is not needed for gaming at all, the i5 is plenty to play at high settings in most if not all games.

I can play WOW on Ultra settings on my Intel Q6660 cpu with an older nVidia 250 card which is 2-3 generations from current stuff.
