Question: can anyone read this huge mess of a post and suggest mother boards for a AMD FX-6300 vishera cpu, and or sugestions for cheap upgrades in cpu/mother board for listed gaming needs based on the listed current specs. Thank you in advance for your patience.

In the process of upgrading my gaming rig , its super old and im upgrading it a couple pieces at a time. On a super tight budget. Also this is my first ever build where I put it together by hand (little nervous lol)

Backround on me and what i do, i game mmorpgs / fps / mobas. Games im lookin to play coming out , Wildstar / EQnext / Eso depending on how its recieved post launch (heard bad things from friends in beta). Games i play now Borderlands 2 / Marvel Heros (bottlenecks) / Neverwinter (bottlenecks) / Rust.

Original specs:
Windows Xp (x32)
Amd Athlon 64 x2 dual core 4200+ cpu
2gb ram , 4 x 512 mb ddr 400mhz
Nvidia Geforce 7800 gpu
500w psu
1 case fan
HP stock case

Current specs: (upgraded 4 months ago)
-Windows 7 (ultimate i think) (x64)

-Amd Athlon 64 x2 dual core 4200+ cpu (same)

-4gb ram , 4x 1gb ddr 400mhz (kinda a dumb buy on my part but will upgrade soon)

-Evga Gtx 650 ti 2gb (to me huge upgrade to old card, but didnt know a 660 was better at the time) ( Link is refurbished , mine was new but its not listed now so , http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130900 )

-750w psu thermaltake ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817153136 )

-currently running 1 stock fan in new case, but bought 3 120mm fans , just need to find the right cables , cant seem to find em cause im dumb i guess, 8 pin connector to psu , to a 4 pin molex to connect to fan, preferably 8 pin to multiple 4 pins but w/e ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835264005 ) If anyone can reply me a link to the correct cables please do !! both psu and fans links are here so you should be able to see the connectors needed if im wrong lol.

-case is Thermaltake V3 black edition ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811133094 )

Can still game with this, but obviously it bottlenecks , cpu cant handle much anymore in terms of newer games and definately not gonna handle the gtx lol.

Now that all thats outta the way, im looking to upgrade my cpu , mobo , and ram now. Again on a super tight budget, currently have 140 saved, looking to upgrade in the next month or 2 should have more stashed my guess would be end amount being 200-260. So Im thinking of getting the AMD FX-6300 Vishera cpu , read an ASrock 970 extreme4 mobo works well with it, wondering if anyone can give me alternatives. Together thats $210-230 easy as of this post. It would be my prefered mobo since it would to my limited knowledge allow for easy future upgrades , as its handles 8gb ram per slot, and a wide range of ram speeds, also its sli/crossfire rdy with 3 slots for gpus (pretty sure , which isnt neccessary for any game now or coming out in the next couple years). But id rather get a cheaper mobo that would work now with the listed coming out games (at top) and vishera cpu , since they come out in next few months.

The case fans can plug directly into fan headers on motherboards. This adapter allows you to connect directly to the power supply.

Cables Unlimited 3-Pin ATX Fan to 4-Pin Molex Connector Cable FAN-CABLE

Your power supply has a 4+4 Pin ATX 12V to power the CPU. It can be split in half if you only need a 4-pin CPU connector.
