I am having an issue with a terrible virus. My computer just started lagging up and failing. I removed windows and tried clearing bios without USB. I put a windows 8 NON build disk in and go to press a key when it asks but it freezes then eventually blue screens. Regardless with it not being a boot disk it should still give me some windows 8 boot. Please help this is the best I can describe it as.

This paragraph makes no sense.

What is on the HDD right now? Windows? Possibly infected Windows?
Or nothing?

I tried reinstalling windows over old windows to get rid of the virus by giving it a clean start but it messed by while downloading new windows so whenever I go boot up it gives me errors when trying to load windows. It's a fucking mess and hard to explain.

How do you know this is cause by a virus.

From you description - Lagging, slow. Suddenly won't start up - my first move would be to test the hard drive.

It would also help a lot if you could give us the error message from the blue screen.

It seems like a virus due to no matter which hard drive I use. Ssd or regular, it won't let me boot and it lags. I dont know I'm going to try my buddies actual boot disk but when I tried using windows 8 non boot before it at least said I could install. This tells me nothing and freezes along with error.

Virus would follow the HDD if it happens on multiple HDD you have bad hard ware most likely the mobo

Then boot from the install DVD, and just do a full reinstall. The system is almost certainly too borked to 'fix'.
