Display Driver Won't Install

I am trying to update to the 14.2 AMD driver, I've tried uninstalling my current driver and installing it but I get a error message at the end saying the Display Driver has failed to install when I look at the log. I've used other programmes to uninstall any traces of AMD files and then trying to install the new driver but I keep getting the same error, everything else installs fine apart from the display driver. I have tried to install old drivers incase it's just this new beta driver but I get the problem still persists. Now I'm left with no driver installed so I can't play any games. How can I get past this error? Help!

What GPU are you using?
Are you using a laptop? If so, what model?

Try Windows update to see if they pickup. After windows update the drivers then try to install the AMD drivers.

So you tried the driver from AMD's site and neither one of them worked?

Neither of them work, I just get the same error, as I said, everything else installs fine, it's just the display driver that fails to install properly.

"Go to device manager there click on your graphics adapter and select update. Then click on browse the computer and not search automatically. Then choose the directory to where you have your drivers and install it. But this will install the driver but I'm not sure about CCC."

Wouldn't that just be the same as just manually going to the install set up like I'm doing now though? I'll give it a shot.
