Will I need a CPU Cooler for this build?

I am also concerned about how long this graphics card will last me, especially since the graphics card I chose for the build was the overclocked edition.

More about cpu cooler build wondering overclocking familiar concern
  1. stock cooler will be fine, your card will last longer than your processor.
  2. Nope it will come with one. The CPU you've chosen would be difficult to overclock. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. Honestly I have to say though you dumped a lot on the graphics card why not upgrade to i5 3570k. That will overclock if you like and add a little balance to your build. and about a $100. If you decide to go with i5 though and you want to overclock don't use the fan that comes with it. Go with a larger heat sink or a water cooled job.

Can i use the fan that comes with it if i stick with the factory overclock on the GPU and not overclock on the CPU?
    (If i get the 3570k)

Also what motherboard would you recommend me replace the LGA1150 if i get the i5 processor of equal or lower value?
  4. Can anyone help me with the last question?

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/37VQQ My brain was on the wrong chipset when I originally shared that with you. This CPU is about the same price(within 10 dollars) and is 6% faster. I switched up your case so you could enjoy your usb 3. And here is a motherboard that will allow you to overclock. The price difference is only about $100. Your card should run fine as long as you don't monkey with it too much.
