Hello,
I have Asus Rampage IV Formula, which supports 32GB of RAM,
& i just installed Kingston HyperX Beast 32GB Kit on it.

The thing is that when i checked PC Info i got this:-

When CPUID CPU-Z gives me this:-

I should mention that the previous kit that i had is also
Kingston HyperX 16GB Kit, that worked fine with all of the GB's.
I also swapped the RAM's between the slots to check if all of them working.

CPU-Z shows you how much memory you have in your system but windows tells you how much you can actually use. Since the numbers don't match I assums one of the modules is broken. Figure out which is the faulty stick by booting your pc with one stick installed at a time. When the pc doesn't post, you know you have found the faulty stick.

Hope this helps.

yes you're right, unfortunately one of the slot is not working!
as i mentioned that all the sticks works fine, so before i contact
Asus tech support about fixing/replacing this damaged slot;
in your experience is it even possible to do so?

thats good to know, actually i don't wont to replace it because i am in the Middle East right know,
so can you help me to how repair/replace it? or I have to take the mobo to Asus company?
( i would prefer; that it's unscrew-take out old part-put new part-screw process )
