All right. First off I disabled my pagefile because it wants 48GB of disk space.
Second I want to use 20480 MB for a ram drive however when I do so my memory hits 78% usage. Which then windows refuses to allow any programs to open. I have 32 GB and with the ram drive it comes out to about 26 GB used, which then I hit the error of exceeding 75% of memory...
I have 8GB left when it hits 75%.... yet I cannot use it without giving windows a pagefile or so I am told.. I tried smaller sizes and even tried putting the pagefile on a ram drive for the remaining space but will not work.
I need to disable windows from preventing me from using the remaining amount. Really I'd only need about 2GB more of ram.... would ever be used... so windows could have the last 4gb for emergency purposes to prevent info loss... if I could do something to disable it or increase the percentage from 75% to lets say 88-90% would be great if anyone knows how do so I'd appreciate it.
