gaming pc under 300$

hello i'm looking to build a new computer (gaming) out of my old one for under 300$ (preferably 250$). I want to be able to play battlefield 4.

things i have:
hard drive
4 gbs (4x1gb) of ddr3 ram
2 gb (2x1gb) of ddr2 ram
power supply
dvd drive
case
keyboard/mouse
display

things I have but prob need to upgrade
amd anthlon II x3 triple core
geforce Gt520 graphics card
motherboard
