What is the possible problem in building a pc that has AMD A10-7850K Kaveri 3.7GHz,CORSAIR Vengeance Pro 8GB ,GIGABYTE GA-F2A88XM-D3H FM2+ / FM2 AMD A88X (Bolton D4) HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX AMD Motherboard ,CORSAIR CX series CX500 500W ATX12V v2.3 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply, im not satisfied with the amount of performance the apu shows. and when i monitor the cpu usage it shows 100% at games that requires about 1.4 ghz and 64 bit gpu memory.
Browsing online shows about 50% usage. really disappointing

When a game says it requires that much, that's the minimum it will take to run it. It will still run your CPU and iGPU to the max to get the best performance, as the 7850k doesn't have the best CPU performance.

My i5 4670k overclocked hits around 30-35% when I have multiple tabs open.

What games are you playing, what settings are you using, what resolution are you playing at and what FPS are you getting?
