Can the ATI Radeon HD 3400 support 3 monitor setup? Current setup is with 2 monitor (split) DVI . When trying to add a 3rd monitor to the onboard VGA, it is not recognized. Can the graphics card support use of the onboard VGA as well? Can someone advise on how to setup? Thank you!

Setup: Dell PC< Win 7 Pack1, Intel Core i5 660@3.33 Ghz, Ram: 4G,

Just re-read your post. You will need to go into your BIOS and find the setting for onboard video. Most motherboards disable the onboard VGA when they detect a discrete card. There is usually (but not always) an option to ALWAYS enable the onboard VGA.
Then, as I said above, when you reboot to windows, it should detect the new hardware, install the drivers, and you should be good to go.
