someone is selling me a MSI r9 270x Dual Fan, the Twin Frzn One.. and i was wondering is there a way to know if its broken or something is wrong before buying it? whats the most commons things from a video card (problems, bugs or noises?)

and if theres a better video card for 190$. That i can buy new or something comparable.

It's not performance-wise comparable, but if you want one at that price the 660 is a decent card.

The 270x hasn't been out long, and with the current Litecoin craze, the 270xes are selling for higher than their original MSRP, even used. Being that cheap, my personal opinion leads me to think there is something wrong. Unfortunately, from pictures, it's almost to tell if it's bad or not.
