Here:http://www.trustedreviews.com/HP-Compaq-dc7900-Convertible-MiniTower-Business-PC_Desktop-PC_review

and if you dont want to go to that website this is what I found:

CPU:Intel Core 2 Quad Q9400 CPU
GPU:Intel GMA X4500 HD integrated graphics
PSU:370W

sorry if its incomplete. That's what I found

Is this your PC

or is it
http://www.amazon.com/HP-Compaq-dc7900-3-0GHz-Desktop/dp/B001NIKA08 (make sure to look at the second image to match the rear panel)

There are 2 options that I'm looking at, either the small form factor one that you talked about in OP, or the mini tower which has 365W PSU. http://h18000.www1.hp.com/products/quickspecs/13029_ca/13029_ca.PDF (page 8)

Its the minitower version. Can I use this graphics card? and if it doesn't can this one? NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti. and also Thanks Again!

According to http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/375020-33-graphics-card-suggestion-needed-dc7900.
As it accepts full-height GPU, those cards that you've mentioned before will all fit.
Which in this case I would suggest GTX 750 Ti as it is the best card for minimal power consumption.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127784
or I can suggest something else depending on your budget.

Before I upgraded to an MSI gtx760 ITX GPU, I installed an evga gtx 660. It was so long in length that I had to disconnect the plug for the front panel off of the motherboard for the GPU to seat properly. Of course the computer hated it every time I booted up giving me an error that I had to hit the F1 key to bypass it. An ITX type of GPU such as the one i used fits better allowing full functionality of the case. Happy gaming!
