before, some folders were missing and then i ran my computer's window "recovery program?" where it was a blue screen with a lot of white words that took a few hours and was able to recover all the folders that i had lost on there. but now there are files on there that are broken; which means that i cant open it nor see anything. ive already ran hardware programs, spyware, recovery programs and still the same.
my question is that can i recover these broken files again (to be the same size and quality as before)? and should i remove all of them before or when i move my files onto my new external hard drive?
