I have Windows 7 64 bit HP. For some unknown reason, some programs won't launch. It'll show the loading icon but nothing happens. Desktop icons or direct .exe files, nothing happens. When I restart the cpu, they work normally. However, there will be times when restarting isn't an option. Anyone experience this before and/or know how to fix it? I tried to end processes from task manager, nothing happens. Same result.
